The Citizen Services panel at Government Transformation Summit will bring together leading figures in citizen delivery. The discussion will centre on: service modernisation, citizen experience, human-centred service design and optimising the citizen's journey.
Panelists facilitating this discussion are: Anais Reding, Chief Digital Officer, Department for Business & Trade, Honey Decanay, Director General, Digital Policy, Government of Canada and Eddie Copeland, Director, London Office of Technology & Innovation.
The panel will discuss driving service modernisation, updating legacy systems to increase efficiency of service delivery alongside improving accessibility across all demographics to promote wider engagement.
Secondly, the panel will focus on enhancing citizen experience by creating intuitive and responsive digital interfaces which make interactions with government as seamless as possible, leaving users feeling satisfied with the service they receive.
The third key topic of the discussion is human centred service design, applying design thinking to build services around citizen's most pressing needs and ensuring these services are as inclusive as possible.
Finally, the panel will turn to mapping and optimising the citizen journey by collecting data on citizen touch points and pain points, identifying opportunities for optimisation and creating more personalised, supportive services.
💡 Participate in this panel discussion and many others at the Government Transformation Summit (24 June, Church House Westminster). Registration is free for civil servants and local government executives.
