How can government leaders bring together policy, programmes and trusted data to turn priorities into outcomes in the age of AI?
Government has already diagnosed why priorities stall: ownership blurs where policy, programmes and data meet, while leaders do not always have access to the information and capabilities needed to deliver the outcomes they own.
This peer-led workshop gives senior government leaders a practical opportunity to examine how trusted data, secure data sharing and AI-enabled insight can close this delivery gap. Attendees will apply an outcome-led operating model to a live priority and identify changes they can lead across policy, programmes, operations and DDaT.
Attendees will leave with:
- A Clearer View of Their Delivery Challenge – a practical understanding of where progress is breaking down across policy, programmes, operations and DDaT, and the factors preventing better outcomes.
- A Practical Operating Model for Delivery – insight into how leadership, governance, teams and capabilities can be organised around user outcomes rather than organisational boundaries.
- A Defined Data-Sharing and AI Opportunity – a focused opportunity where better access to trusted data or AI-enabled insight could accelerate delivery, alongside a practical next step they can lead within their organisation.
