From Use Case to Live Agent in 45 Minutes

Voice AI agents can now handle routine citizen calls end to end. They answer questions, look up records, and complete transactions. Departments across government are now putting them in front of the wider public.

This session is your chance to build one yourself. In 45 minutes you will build, test and deploy a working voice agent for a real public service scenario relevant to you, using the same platform behind live deployments in central and local government.

All you need is a laptop and a use case from your own department. You'll configure the agent's knowledge and behaviour, connect it to a tool, run it against test calls, and hear it answer today.
