Wednesday 24 June (1:30-4:40pm) | Surveyors House, 12 Great George St, London SW1P 3AD
Where is agentic AI deployment justified? And what does the right governance, capability and culture look like across the hugely disparate areas of government?
On 24 June, we're gathering for an executive workshop - Safety and Scalability: Building an Agentic AI Future in Government.
Government Transformation Magazine will be partnering with Cognizant and Number 10 Data Science to bring attendees world-leading thinking on Agentic AI technology.
Number 10 Innovation Fellows will share their work in applying agentic AI across the most complex challenges in the public sector. They will collaborate with attendees to understand their organisational context and develop solutions for their problem statements.
Experts from Cognizant will reveal where agentic AI can deliver value today and where the risks still outweigh the rewards, focused on three areas where deployment pressure is highest:
- Legacy modernisation
- Operational transformation
- Citizen services
For each area, supported by expert input, delegates will work through a practical adoption blueprint grounded in real case studies, assessing where agentic AI can deliver value now, what controls or capability need to be in place first, and what it takes to scale without compounding risk.
Facilitators include:
-
Richard Patterson, Chief Data and AI Officer, Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services, US State Department
-
Eoin Mulgrew, Head of Digital Transformation, 10 Downing Street
-
Katie Russell, Innovation Fellow, 10 Downing Street
